Use of laptops in Italy

Good luck finding WiFi while out and about. Ask your hotel if they have it.

Two of the three apartments we stayed in had wifi, and it was awesome having the computer there with us. It also gave us a place to store photos so we could clear our media cards and fill them up again.

There is wi fi in the apartment I am in - using it right now! I can tell from my iPhone that the modem is about a block away. I have found a few open wi fi spots out and about but not too many.
