I couldn't see anything fishy. That said, I would only use payments by credit card. You can also use Google Image / Google Lens to search for other uses of the photos - especially photos with unique elements. It looks like the agency is listing offerings on air bnb. We rented a place on Lake Como that did that. It is not unusual to get more exposure. We ended up renting from air bnb instead of the agency because the terms were more favorable (no cancellation at all through the agency directly).
