Have bought in error! a cheap notebook with just CE windows. Want a USB stick for internet access. Do they exists and where can I get them from ?

Does the notebook have any kind of network connection? If so, you should be able to load any browser and drivers needed onto it.
If the notebook has no network connection, then you want to look at a USB network adaptor, yes they are out there. Some mobile providers sell their own versions with service or you can just buy the USB adaptor alone and connect to whatever other internet service you have.
