Yay! Such good news!!
I hope they do not change their mind again in 90 days before our trip to Italy in October!

Doing my happy dance now. This removes the shadow that would’ve been hanging over my head during my entire trip this month.

so strange - I have the opposite reaction - knowing we will be flying home with people who are likely positive for COVID does not bring reassurance. Yes, I know no one will be tested on the flight going to Italy, but it was an additional layer of reassurance coming home...

Yea!!! I just saw this same article and was going to post it. It's nice not having to worry. I would hope that people exercise personal responsibility and if one is sick, they don't fly. Hopefully airlines are accommodating to people that are not well and happily rebook them at the same ticket charge on a later date. However, We've been on flights with that person who has a cold, but still gets on the flight. We just have to be diligent and protect ourselves and not rely on others to protect us.
