A few months ago several of you were very helpful to me as I was finishing up details/plans for a Rome trip I was taking students on. Thank you so much for all of your help. The trip was FANTASTIC! We stayed at the Target Inn (recommended on Andy Steve's website). There were good and not as good things about it, but overall we liked our stay there. The location was fantastic being just off Via Nazionale and so close to both Bus and Metro stops.
We loved our guide from Angel Tours so much that we hired him to do all of our tours (including one to Ostia Antica). We took the fast train to Florence to the day and LOVED it - it was a whirlwind of a day, but we were all so glad we did it!
We flew Delta with Atlanta as our connection with no problems. I took my Rick Steve's book with me and used it all over the place - our favorite meals were at his recommended places.
Anyhow, thanks again for all of your help. It really was a fantastic trip, no injuries, no glitches, just a wonderful time had by all.
