My husband and I are booked on a business class UA flight from Dulles to Rome. Are we in for a treat or a disaster?

Why even ask that question? Business class is always better than economy! The flight attendants really do treat you better, and are more attentive. You can carry on more than in economy. the food is served on real plates with table cloths and wine and beer is free. you get real silverware to eat with, and maybe even some hot mixed nuts with the pro-offered orange juice or champagne when you first board.
I LOVE business class on any airline and United is trying really hard. You will really enjoy.
Only bad thing is...too bad your flight is right now because United is making huge strides in improving business class seating, by this time next year Business class seats will fully recline - like First class seats. Video screens are being improved- it will be a total delight! Only problem might be, there will be fewer seats, so harder to get with FF miles!
