I have my entry ticket I printed online for the Colosseum. I then called and booked an undergournd tour with Pierreci. I received an email confirmation from "[email protected]". The receipt shows a code # and payment receipt. Nothing about date and time of tour. I have tried calling and emailing and am having no luck at all. Very frustrated just trying to find out and get confirmation of actual tour date & time. Is it not odd to not receive that info? Do I just show up and the "code assigned to the payment order" is linked to the tour. I would appreciate any advise! Thank you,

Sharon, I just did this. I received a first email which is as you described.. A couple of days later, I received my confirmation email with date and time of tour. If you have just done this - May 1 is a holiday and most services are more than likely closed.. Good luck, Jim

I received the first confirmation email on March 25, so I guess that is not a good sign! I tried calling again but was not able to get through and now the phone charges are adding up. I checked my spam, etc. Strange....thank you for your input. I will just have to wait and see. The tour is suppose to be for June 4th.
