Underground Colosseum tour and Colosseum admission

Thanks to these boards I knew to go online Saturday and buy my tour (they sold out for the days I'm in Rome by Thursday), and because I'm not getting a Roma Pass I went ahead and purchased my admission too. I got my two emails shortly thereafter (one for the tour, the other for the payment).

Will I just show my email to the tour guide? What if I want to visit the Forum the day before, do I just show my email to the ticket taker? I CAN do that, right - visit the other two sights the day before and then the Colosseum the next day?

Thank you so much to everyone here, you have no idea how appreciative I am for all I've learned that will make my trip so much more enjoyable. What did people do before the internet?

You will need to pick up your entry tickets at the colosseum. I assume you did not use the print at home option. Once you pick up your tickets you can visit the forum and palatine hill. The next day you need to bring your tickets with you and go to the same desk to check in for your tour. They will tell you where to meet your guide.

To pick up your tickets just go to front of the colosseum lines. There will be three of them. Show the guard your print out and he will direct you to the line to be in. Just continue to the desk to get your tickets. The next day, do the same thing, show the guard your print out for the tour and get in the line he directs you to.
