Hello we will be traveling to Rome in March 2017 and would like to do the underground coliseum tour. Has anyone been on this tour? How was it? and what is the best ways to get tickets as it's not included with the regular Rick Steve's tour itinerary. Thank you in advance.

This is the 'official' site for the Colosseum/Palatine/Forum, the most economical place to buy tickets, and I haven't heard any complaints about the tour:
Dates for March don't open up until Monday, February 20; book as soon as they become available!
Do be aware that need to purchase a general-entry ticket in addition to your tour. You may do this on the website or at the desk when you arrive for your tour.
Your general-entry ticket also covers admission to the Forum and Palatine (no tour).
