In a 5 day time frame, which ones are "Don't Miss" locations, and could we stay in Assisi and day trip to all of them other than Orvieto?

Has anyone done any wine tours from Assisi to Bevagna and Montefalco? Looking for recommendations!

On our trip to Umbria, we stayed outside Bevagna with views of Montefalco from our window. We did a day trip to Assisi and Spello. Our other day trip was to Norcia. Since we have a habit of doing day trips and often miss seeing the town we actually stay in, we decided to have dinner in Bevagna and enjoy the easy to walk about town. Took another day trip to Orvieto which we really enjoyed. Never got to Montefalco. I'd put Spello and Orvieto at the top of your list if I was staying in Assisi.
No wine tours as we stayed at a winery outside of Bevagna.
From Assisi or Spello, both near the freeway, you can see all. They are within 30 min drive, with the exception of Orvieto, which takes about 1h30min from Assisi. I think you can see more than one in one day. Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello are small. You could alao add Gubbio to the list, about 50 min drive from Assisi.
Except Orvieto, Assisi is the largest and probably has more to offer, therefore it nigh make sense to have your base there, but it’s up to you.
