I used the official museum website www. firenzemusei.it to book the Ufizzi and Accademia last week. I received an email the next day stating that I had made the reservation, showing the price, etc. Then it says, in 3 working days you will receive another email with the reservation codes/numbers that you need to bring the the museum. I haven't received this after 5+ working days. Anyone had this experience? Do I just need to wait long or is there a way to move it along? We're leaving in a week and I'd like to resolve it beforehand. thanks -

I was there last week. I called the number in RS book, they gave me a confirmation number, (no need to pay in advance) , I went to the reservations window, paid my 4 Euro reservation fee plus the admission price, and got my ticket and walked right in.
