I am buying Uffizzi tickets online for 18/5/18 through the the official website. I am unsure about the price levels I am selecting. I have the options of Intero/Full, Ridalto/Reduced (not eligible) and Gatuito/Free. I was going to select Full( 24 EUR) and Free(4 EUR) which I think is the reservation fee. Is this correct? Also is it less busy earlier as with most places?

Then you need to buy for the full price (Intero/Full). The "Gratuito/Free" selection is the reservation fee only for minors under 18.
Editing to add: we did the Uffizi in mid-to-late May and it was plenty busy early in the day. Expect to deal with crowds as that's just the way it is during high and shoulder season.
