Uffizzi Florence tickets

We caught a snag while purchasing our tickets for Uffizzi online. My friend accidentally misspelled her email address and did a wrong date. All she has is the confirmation number and the receipt. Thus we wouldn’t be able to retrieve our 4 tickets that she just paid for, because the tickets are automatically sent to the email. I’m hoping that there would be anyone here who could help us direct to the appropriate place or a person that we could talk to in English at the museum ‘s customer service online to correct the email address and change the date. We would be arriving in Firenze on 15Sep. Any help would be greatly appreciated! A million thanks in advance!

Changing the email address may not be an issue but you will likely run into trouble changing the DATE. The b-ticket website (if that's how the tickets were purchased) states under "Terms and Conditions" that:

"Once payment has been made and the transaction concluded, it is no longer possible to change or cancel a booking."

"No refunds will be given in case of cancellation by the user or wrong purchase. Furthermore, no refunds will be given for purchased but unclaimed tickets. Confirmed reservations cannot be modified"
