Uffizzi

I made reservations at the official Uffizzi website (per RS book) and was charged for them on my credit card. Even received an order number. But no confirmation or tickets. There is no contact information on the website for me to make an inquiry!! What do I do next?? Thanks, Gladys

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase by e-mail.

You will need to retrieve your tickets at the ticket office by showing the e-mail with the reservation code.
