Has anyone taken the "Artviva" tour of the Uffizi? The company is listed under the "Original Florence" walking tours in RS guides. If so, do you recommend them -- or any other tour of the Uffizi? Our traveling group of five adults is considering how best to use our time in Florence. Thank you.

I have exactly the same question about ArtViva. If you scroll down this posting, you'll see that someone used and liked them.I think that they will be good. I have been trying to find an in-depth Uffizi guide too. Please post back if you find any information, thank you.

Wendy, I just went back and looked at the postings again..look at the Graffiti,Non-Rick big-bus Tours..there's a posting from Maria in Long Vally, NJ, posted 3/19/07 titled Florence Tours. she details her tours with Artviva Walking Tours and loved the 3 tours. I think we will book with them too. We will be there end of May. I have heard that the afternoon tours are less crowded. good luck!

Jennifer, Thank you VERY much for the follow up. There is so much info on Rick's graffiti wall that it's hard to know where to look. On my own, I never would have thought to look where you pointed me. Enjoy your trip in May. We'll be there in June. Grazie, Wendy
