Uffizi tickets Florence

Im buying our tickets for the Uffizi and am confused by the different options. There are 3 ticket prices: Full (12) Reduced (8) and Free. Does anyone know the requirements for the lower prices? Thanks

Reduced is for EU citizens 18-25, free is all persons under 18, and certain others including teachers. The rate criteria shouild be explained on the ticketing site.
