Sounds about right. The only additional fee I can see is 4 Euro for the reservation and that has been the official fee for years. FYI you could also phone the Uffizi directly to book tickets. They do speak English and it's a fast call. Just make sure you take the time difference into account. It's the same price but they usually have more time slots available than what's showing online.
