I ordered Uffizi Tickets from http://www.b-ticket.com/b-ticket/Uffizi, was successful, got two confirmation emails after the three day wait, the second in English, and a statement to bring the voucher for entry. But no voucher was attached to the emails. Is the voucher the email? In trying to clear up the issue the site server does not accept my email at "[email protected]". Has anyone figured out this?
Was there any kind of authorization/reservation number? When you arrive at the Uffizi all they seemed to need was a reservation number. The owner of our B & B made our reservation and gave us a 5or 6 digit number to tell the ticket office. No bar code scanning or computerized system as of last June.

Thanks. If you are right I am home free. The confirmation e-mail includes a reservation number, time, number of persons and the amount paid for the purchase. My question has been to the help desk "Is this the voucher?". Apparently from what you say it is (and we will just buy tickets again in a worst case). Thanks again.
