Hello, I'd like to know what the typical wait time would be to get into the Uffizi already having a reservation. The plan: purchase ticket for 1st time slot on a Tuesday (8:30 am) in September. Will I have a long wait to pick up my ticket and another wait to get into the museum? I'm no longer buying the Firenze Card as the price just shot up an additional $30 or so.

We were there a couple of weeks ago with a 9:30am reservation. We stood in line for about 2 minutes to get our tickets, and then another 3 minutes to get through security. The longest "line" was once past security at the ticket checker stand (maybe 2 minutes). It wasn't anything outlandish.
