We will be traveling to Florence in 2 weeks so I went online and Reserved tickets to the uffizi gallery but I noticed on the tickets there are seating numbers. Did I order from the wrong website? I went online and clicked on the B-ticket? Or do you have to sit in a gallery and wait until you're called? Please advise?
We have noticed that a couple of times with other reservations services in Italy. It is general admission ticket with assigned seat numbers. We found that it meant nothing. Someone needs to revise the computer program for generating tickets.
You ordered the right thing; don't worry! The ticketing company for the Uffizi also issues tickets for other types of entertainment - such as theater and musical performances - so seating/row numbers are only there for those types of spaces and not for the museum.
I too have purchased similar so I guess you do not have to worry (even if you have not written what site you bought)
The interior courtyard of the Uffizi has two museum entrances, one for those of you who already have tickets, and one for those who still need to buy. They are clearly marked. The courtyard is a rather fun scene, with music, living statues, etc.
Thanks everyone for the quick replies!
