Last week, I booked 2 tickets to the Uffizi Gallery online using the official website. Right after booking, I received a credit card charge confirmation and an "order confirmation". The order confirmation gave me an order number and account number. However, I never received another email after this for a "voucher" as described in the guidebook. Is this all I need? If not, who do I contact to get one? This is what the "confirmation" email looks like:
