The info is under "promo and discounts" tickets: https://www.uffizi.it/en/notices/early-bird-ticket-uffizi

Info on "Early Bird" tickets from 21 February to 9 November, and from 21 December to 9 January.
During the high season from 1 January to 9 January; 21 February to 9 November; 21 to 31 December, the ordinary admission ticket to the Uffizi costs 25 €.

During the same period, a new promotion is also introduced. In fact, the new "early bird" ticket provides for a 6 € discount for those who wish to visit the museum early in the morning between 8.15am and 8.55am. The admission fee therefore costs 19 € for visitors who have reserved the ticket to enter not later than 8.55am and for visitors who purchase tickets without reservation within 8.45am, with admission compulsorily not later than 8.55am.

This is the same 6e discount for the same reasons even if the dates aren't the same.

The discount ticket seems to be the only way to get an 8:15 ticket, at least for the dates I've checked. That would seem the least crowded time of day.

I see that the combo ticket is the same price with either the regular or discount ticket.
