Hi all,
Like many people on these forums, I had planned a trip to Italy for 2020, that I have had to reschedule twice. When I had to cancel the 2020 trip, I had already purchased Uffizi and Accademia tickets for our group. I received an 18 month travel voucher, which was extended last year for another 18 months. The voucher states that I can go in at any time the museum is open, and present the letter and the receipt for my tickets. No indication that I need to reserve.
Has anybody done something similar and can share this experience? I would hate to show up and not be allowed in because I do not have a reservation for that particular day.
