I am trying to call and make the reservations by calling as suggested, but I call during business hours, when the museum is open, on the week days and I only am routed to a recording with no option to speak to a representative. Anyone have this experience or can provide another number I can get through? I am dialing +39055294883. Thanks for suggestions, I connect everyone with the correct reservation line but no option to speak to an operator. I am accounting for time differences and have tried late at night my time, their morning and their afternoon. Thanks in advance!

Stacy, I'm unsure why you're trying to make reservations on the phone? Why not just order your tickets online through the website?

The 25th of April is a national holiday in Italy, maybe that's the reason they are not answering the phone.

Ah, thank you, I could not find information on the holiday although I looked, I will try tomorrow. I am booking on the phone as you do not have to pay until you pick up the tickets, and we are wanting to go several times, so if we get delayed or have a change of plans, we can cancel the ticket reservation on the phone, vs. being stuck with tickets we cannot use if our flights are delayed, which has happened before with a strike with public transportation, not being able to get to the airport from a remote part of the country and not being able to rebook for 2 days. I find phone reservations to be easier than online, you only pay when you pick up the tickets. Thank you!!!!
