I purchased a Firenze card for our upcoming trip to Italy. Do I still need to make reservations or do I get to "skip the line," as RS says?
There can be short lines for cardholders and people with reservations as they control capacity and check tickets, but you won't stand in the ticket buyers' line and don't need a separate reservation.
