We have made the reservation on Uffizi and Academia on the same day, both in the afternoon. Is there any way that we can change the reservation? (it doesn't seem that we can do it online) any idea??

If you booked your reservation over the phone then just book another reservation and don't show up for the other one. There is no charge for unused reservations unless you are using some sort of external booking service, which of course will charge you to change anything.
