I bought tickets for the Uffizi and the Accademia on their official website and received my email confirmation for the Uffizi, but not for the Accademia. Does anyone know if they can look up my purchase at the museum or am I just out of luck? Do I need to purchase tickets again? Thanks!

Which official website? Two different museums. Or did you mean you got your tickets via each museum's website?
Also there is a la dolce vita approach to response time that we yanks have to get used to. I'd wait a few more days and if you still haven't received confirmation about the Accademia tickets call your credit card company to see if you got charged for both sets of tickets. Once you find that out it might be worth an overseas phone call. Good luck.

Most websites that sell anything have a "contact us" link somewhere on their homepage. Save your money and email them before you call. I am presuming you checked your spam email and junk email folder on the off chance it went there.

I bought Accademia tickets from their website and just emailed them with the reservation number I was given. My confirmation e-mail was sent shortly after.
