We're in Florence now, we were not sure what day we would visit the two exhibits so we have not reserved yet. Our place does not have a printer for the confirmation email, so the question is will they accept seeing the confirmation email on your smart phone or do they need to see a printed copy?

can answer my own question partly.. went up and asked a fellow working outside the Uffizi, he said it wasn't necessary to have a printout, that the confirmation email was enough if you could show it on your smartphone..
