It would be helpful to know where you're staying. Your title references Nice, which is in France, but you've posted in the Italian forum.
Two weeks is long enough to do a deep dive in that region. I'd want at least one comprehensive guidebook. Rick has a book dedicated to the Riviera and Provence (which I haven't seen), but I doubt that even it is totally comprehensive for the potential French destinations, because his approach is more depth than breadth. And that book would probably leave you dangling on the Italian side of the border.
