two setting butcher shop restaurant outside Rome

I missed this butcher shop/restaurant specializing in meats when I was in Rome a few years ago, and cannot recall its name I do remember that it is a short bus or taxi ride outside Rome and offers only two pre fixed dinner settings. Does anyone know the name of this then ronowned restaurant?
