Hello, I purchase two Colosseum tickets from the coopculture website, one for me another one for another person. However both tickets emailed to me have my name on both tickets as visitor. Will it be issue for getting in? Thank you if you know the answer.
If no one else has the definitive answer, try asking "Nero", the chat function on the park's website. It's the round symbol of a fella with a crown, bottom right on the main page and most others.

Or email Coopculture (probably the best way to go)
[email protected]
Or call them:

Hi Kathy, Thank you for the info. I tried Nero but the chat was not able to provide the information. I think it either automatic or preprogrammed.
I just looked at the email I received for my trip in 2021, and the tickets I got don't have names on them at all. The confirmation email has just my name. The tickets themselves have numbers, a bar code, and a QR code.
Maybe things have changed, so best to check, but I'm guessing it won't be an issue.
CanUhelp, did you try emailing Coopculture? They're reported to be responsive, and fluent in English.
Hi Kathy, Yes I have emailed them. They cannot do the name correction but willing to refund since the purchase in within 24 hours window. They said I should able to see the credit in my credit card within a week or so. I will need to buy tickets again. Hopefully the day and time of the visit are still available.
Ugh, So sorry you had give up the tickets but happy that you got an answer + refund. Will cross fingers that you find tickets available again for your desired date!
Thank you all the help in this chat. On related note, I just now purchased two Pantheon tickets through https://www.museiitaliani.it/
Names of visitor was not required so both tickets just have my name. I would expect no problem for getting in.
