Tuscany winery and/or cooking class experience

We are in the Tuscany region for 5 days in June and wondering if anyone has a favorite winery or cooking class experience? Our villa is about 20 miles south of Florence and we will have a car. There are 4 of us.

What town is your villa located in?
There are wineries everywhere!
We went to a different winery every afternoon, just looking at the small signs and following them.
