Headed to Florence in three weeks with some friends after graduating college. Looking to do a 1/2 day Tuscany wine tour from Florence for under E100. Any recommendations? Looking at mostly "big bus" tours for our price range, not sure if anyone else has any other suggestions.

Very close to your question.
One thing to keep in mind, you’re going to spend 1hour each way on the van/bus. You may want to extend your timeframe. Try one of these.

If you can add more time, my recommendation would be this one.

hey hey cjf
how many friends are you traveling with to enjoy wine tour and is it 100E per person? how long will you be in florence and where’s your next stop?
as gerri says, maybe a longer tour will be better considering driving time to get to the winery and back to florence, plus tour/wine tasting/lunch if offered/driving the countrysides. check the website she posted.
you will be traveling during high season, crowds & busy every where, going to the same places/towns other tours are going. with so many traveling to Europe be prepared.
FYI: did a private tour few years ago, Siena was jammed pack with about 75-90 minutes to see, San gimignano was on overload down the center alley of shops, gelato shop with a long line around building, sounds like a downer but it is what it is.
