Hello :) I am traveling with my husband to italy/greece end of this summer and i wanted to know how to go about touring Tuscany/Pisa in one day from Rome or Florence. Should i buy a tour or do it myself?

I don't think it would be doable from Rome. Florence is in Tuscany, and you can probably find a one day tour that would go to a hill town or two and maybe Pisa. You could do it yourself from Florence if you don't mind renting a car for the day.

Pisa is a quick train ride from Florence (1 hour approx). Trains are frequent (1 or 2 per hour) and cheap (~6 euro one way).
