Tuscany In September: B&Bs and Agriturismos

Couple of hopefully easy questions:
1. Recommendations for B&Bs - with reasonable rates - in places like Sienna, Cortona, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Assisi, and places in that general region.

  1. Recommendations for interesting agriturismos - reasonable rates - in same area. Ones that are out from town, but close enough to walk or bike to town, especially the towns like mentioned above. By interesting, I mean just a good rural experience, with nice people, and they actually have a working/producing farm, complete with farm animals, and of course the big friendly farm dog that welcomes everyone.

A great agriturismo: Cretaiole - Pienza (they have another working farm where they live in Pienza, with a big black lab and many farm animals. Cretaiole has some very friendly cats, vineyard, olive orchard, wheat fields, organic vegetable garden

A great B&B in the countryside: Fonte Bertusi - Pienza (no dogs now, but some great cats), organic vegetable garden

These two places are near each other, and you can bike into Pienza fairly easily (approx 3 km).
