I liked the looks of Locanda Le Piazze incas telling in Chiant and it had wonderful reviews and moderate price BUT no air conditioning! Which I believe we need in July. Any recommendations for similar place in central Tuscany like Chianti would be appreciated!

That was definitely typed on an I-Pad, there is no place called "incas telling in Chiant", however there is "Castellina in Chianti".
