Tuscany Eating Directly in the Vineyards

Can anyone recommend an organic farmhouse in Tuscany where you eat outside between the grapes on a long farmhouse table with white tablecloths with people from all over the world. This is the experience I would like! Thanks in Advance.

Thanks. It would be great to get some tour recommendation that include a meal eating in the vineyards themselves, rather than just wine tasting and some snacks!

Thanks Gerri,
Have you experienced any of these areas from the links you posted? If so, any recommendations? We are leaning toward the least touristy programs and sites.

We spent an entire trip with Castello di Verrazzano (https://www.verrazzano.com/en/guided-tours/) as our home base.

They have a wonderful area that overlooks the valley, though it is not outside in the vineyard. Their tour and wine and food pairing is excellent. We were there in December a couple of years back. There were only a few guests and the owner of the vineyard and the winemakers were in tasting a new vintage. The owner kept bringing over unmarked bottles and asking us to sample and offer our opinion.

If you do the tour and tasting at lunch, be sure to budget enough time to truly enjoy the experience. The tour started at 11:00 and we sat down for lunch at 12:30. We left at 3:30!

Have visited all the wineries, have not done the Tours by Roberto which is highly recommended here.

None of the wineries were busy in any of our May and September/October time frames. Keep in mind you do need to make reservations.

For travel to the wineries you will probably need a car, although the Vignamaggio and Verrazano
Can be reached by bus from Florence. About an hours trip, but you need to check the bus schedules carefully for your return time. These can be found at the bus station in Florence. Or check with your lodging.
