My daughter and I would like to take a cooking class while we are in Florence/Tuscany this fall. Any recommendations and why.

I took a wonderful cooking class in Lucca. If you are going to be in that area, I can give you the information. Just PM me. The Chef has 1/2 days classes up to 1 week classes where you stay in his hotel and cook all day and take road trips to fish markets, farmers markets etc.

I would probably be interested in 1/2 day class because my husband will do something while we are in cooking class. I would appreciate it if you could send the web-site. Thank you
