Looking for a tour/tasting in Tuscany. Really would prefer a place which will accommodate a non tour group experience for the two of us. Any ideas?

Exactly what do you want to do or see??
The most “action” is the fresh cheese making: pulling mozzarella for example but not so much in Tuscany. Driving around you will see signs directing you to visit and taste. Is this enough?
I actually look up cheesemakers in the Italian version of the yellow pages and have had luck on other regions but I don’t imagine you have to go that far.
What towns will you be near??
