looking for ideas to have a true Tuscany country experience for two nights. I think we'll have a car. If we only have two days, should we poke around the towns or do a cooking school?

Fattoria Poggio Alloro. It sits across a valley from San Giminiano. It is on a multi generaltional family farm and the majority of the meals come from the farm. We stayed 2 nights and wish it had been a week.
We thought the location was great for poking around towns.
