Tuscany Agriturismo recommendation

I know this is asked over and over but...everybody's got their own wants and y'all are always so helpful with the recommendations. I'm overwhelmed with the options and time is growing short!

So...we are 2 50-year-olds with a car and we want to stay at an agriturismo for 4 nights (somewhere between April 19-30, 2025). We'd like to keep the lodging under $200/night but less would be better. We will also be staying in Siena, Lucca, and maybe Orvieto--so if we can be not on top of those towns it'll probably work better.

Top desires: being able to eat dinner onsite (no drinking and driving), big enough to be able to take nice walks, decent access to roads needed for day trips.
Lesser wants: onsite cooking class, more winery or olive oil than animal farm, hot tub!, 'convivial'
Low down on the list but nice to have: adults only or not overrun with kiddos, walk to a town, near a soakable hot spring

Would love to hear your thoughts!

My family and I stayed at Salvadonica in Tuscany six years ago and we still talk about how wonderful it was. Gorgeous, great rooms, great activities and delicious food. I have no idea if it's still as great but it's probably worth checking out. salvadonica.com.

Ciao naomirp.

My family and I stayed at La Moscadella with The Isabella Experience this past June. I haven't stopped fantasizing about my next visit. It was wonderful for all of us! Delicious onsite restaurant, private tours of Isabella's family's farm and (shhh. top secret, some Etruscan caves on their property), swimming pool (I can't remember if there's a hot tub?). My husband and I did a pici pasta making class with Isabella herself. Truly a world-class destination. https://www.theisabellaexperience.com/en/experiences/
