Tuscany Agriturismo

We are looking to stay 4-5 nights in Tuscany for part of our honeymoon. We are interested in renting a car and traveling to see different cities, doing wine tastings, cooking classes, etc. We were looking to stay near Volterra but also thought about staying in Lucca. Any recommendations on places to stay?

I don't have a specific place to suggest, but agriturismos are not at all to find on Booking.com and other websites.
Virtually every farm in Tuscany has rooms or apartments for rent as a secondary source of income.
We stayed at a farm between Certaldo and San Gimignano. We were also close to Poggibonsi where there are two great supermarkets. We consider the area north and west of Siena to be a good, central location to ramble from hilltown to hilltown.
When you get out by Volterra, you're getting out in the countryside. We loved visiting there, however.
Lucca is quite a distance away from the hilltowns--north of Pisa.
