Tuscany Agriturismo

Wife and I going to take a week in Tuscany in October and tour through the region by rental car. We intend to stay somewhere in the heart of the province, any recommendations on good farmhouse B&B accommodation?

Hallo when I was in Tuscany I had an unforgettable expericence at Agriturismo Il Molinello (www.molinello.com). Agriturismo Il Molinello is truly a slice of heaven on earth. Sandro, Elisa and their children are the real Tuscany 100% and on all levels.
I had a cooking lesson and wine tasting course there. The best 2 days fo my trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agriturismo Marciano in Siena a few years ago and by the look of the reviews on Trip Advisor, it's still as highly regarded as when we stayed there. The farmhouse is charming, comfortable and clean. We loved the optional dinners as all the food was prepared fresh and all the ingredients came from their garden or the local market. Each course was paired with their own organic wines and the meals were to die for. The owners went out of their way to make sure each guest was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. We had a rental car and it was easy to access many other hill towns from this base. The agriturismo is located about 10 minutes driving time outside the city walls yet it felt very remote.

Tuscany is one of the best memories of my holiday in Italy. We spent five days at agritourismo il molinello south of siena and these 5 days were fantastic. Alessandro and Elisa gave us many suggestions about magical places to visit and they let us feel part of their family.
Their website is www.molinello.com
