Do the tastings at the Tuscan Wine School in Siena actually teach you basics about Tuscan wines or are they more an entertaining wine tasting? Also, appears you need to sign up once in Siena to get the 20% discount (i.e cannot reserve online) - correct?

I have done wine tours with Rebecca, and she is great and I believe the owner of this school. She now has one in Florence also, with her husband. If appears that the 20% discount you will get when you go there, but you must show a student ID.

We attended in May and thought it was VERY informative. We already knew something about Italian wine, but we learned a lot more at the school in Siena. We made our reservations online before we went.
