Tuscan Villas accessible by Train

Hello. I am looking for a "villa" to stay at in Tuscany for this Fall. Actually, I am will be coming from Venice so North of Tuscany might actually be better. Nothing fancy or expensive, just a nice place with a pool that is easy to get to from a train station.
