Tuscan Style Steakhouse in Pisa

We would like to make reservations for lunch in Pisa. We’re on a tour w a couple hour break. Is there a really great Tuscan Style Steak Restaurant that we can book for lunch? We’ll also be in Lucca with an hour break. We’d like a place in the city center of either city! Thank you!
