Tuscan Cooking & Wine Farmhouse Stays

My fiance and I are going to Italy in early May for our honeymoon and we want to spend 2-3 days in Tuscany at a farmhouse. Does anyone know of such a place that offers a simple cooking course where we don't have to commit to a 3 day schedule filled with cooking classes? We want something more relaxed where I can spend one morning or afternoon in the kitchen learning how to cook the meal for that afternoon or dinner with other house guests while my fiance is out maybe touring a winery or 2 and learning about the wines there. And then have the last day or 2 to ourselves where we can go off on our own and do our own thing but still have the ability to stay at the farmhouse.
