My husband and i are traveling to Italy in April 2010 and are interested in attending a cooking school in Tuscany. Any recommendations?

If you are in Florence I can recommend the Cordon Bleu cooking school in Florence. If you are in the country side many agriturismo will offer a cooking "class" or two - but the Cordon Bleu has everything from single day/night courses to weeks and months long programs.

Try the Accidental Tourist. We found them in Rick's Florence book and have contacted them for a one-day wine and cooking class.
