My Husband and I are will be in Rome for last leg of our trip and I will be turning 30...and we would love some recommendations for a fancier restaurant...we are foodies and don't mind spending a little more for a great dining experience...

Hi Nicole - Not sure exactly what you guys are looking for BUT , for me One of the many places on The Via Veneto allows you excellent food as well as an opportunity to watch the people on The Via Veneto. One of my favorite spots is The Gran Cafe on The Via Veneto. Excellent food and fantastic ambiance. Perhaps you are more interested in an interior restaurant and, if so, there are so many - some of the best are down by Piazza di Spagna - The Spanish Steps.
At any rate Happy B-day early and have a super time in Roma

Happy Birthday! La Pergola(http://www.romecavalieri.com/lapergola.php) would be great if you want to splurge. It's the only Michelin 3-star restaurant in Rome.
