Anyone been? There are 22 in total, and the website for tickets has passes available but not sure if individual reservations with timed entry are needed for any, etc.. I know we couldn't possibly do them all in one trip, but definitely intend to see what we can in town, and considering a day trip if there is a a recommended gem within an easy drive from city. Honestly, we're just happy we're fortunate enough to be able to go at all at this point, so it's all good and we're happy to wing it when possible - but if something really needs advance reservation then gotta know asap. Just trying to determine what should be top of the list now to see what is feasible. We're ending in Turin to unwind and enjoy some more laid back atmosphere after all the crowds in Tuscany. We're already planning to go back to Piedmont area someday (God willing) when possible and try to see them all LOL. Please give me your 2 cents if you've been or have any info that may be helpful, thanks.
We enjoyed La Venaria Reale https://lavenaria.it/ very much. Easy access via bus. Chose it on the advice of an Italian friend and made it our one-and-only palace.
We spent a week in Turin and loved the city. We visited the Musei Reali Torino and very much enjoyed it. We went to various other museums but we didn’t see as much as we wanted to and very much hope to return.
Fabulous. Was there on Easter the year before Covid. Highly recommend going.
The cinema museum is wonderful, and you can have a great view from the top.
